We strive to satisfy our customers and stand behind everything we sell!
Each customer must contact us prior to any return. Returns and/or exchanges of merchandise must take place within 21 days of receipt of product. All products to be returned must be in unused original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc.
All refunds will require a return authorization from TrikeBuggy, Inc. and the item must be shipped back with a tracking number for inspection and processing prior to refund. If an item is shipped back to us without a tracking number and is not received there will be no way to verify if the item was ever shipped to us.
Please note that refunds take up to 10 days to post to your account and may not be visible until your next months billing statement. Merchandise that is not defective may be returned for a refund in the amount of the item's purchase price minus the shipping cost.
If the order qualified for free shipping we will withhold and not refund the shipping and handling costs incurred by TrikeBuggy. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in acceptable condition.
We apolgize, but due to the fluctuation in the dollar exchange rate, many of our suppliers are unable to provide us with consistent pricing on the products we purchase from them. Therefore we must also state that prices are subject to change without notice. However, be assured, when you place an order we will contact you for approval before processing any product purchase at a different price than what is stated on the web.
